Return and Refund Policy
Understanding Our Return and Refund Policy​

Overview:

Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items: As a rule of Return and Refund Policy

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Health and personal care items
  • Perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please do not send your items directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds Based on Return and Refund Policy

  • Books with signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts
  • Returns after 30 days of delivery

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)
  3. Contact your bank (some banks take longer to post refunds)
  4. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received a refund, please email us at kashuaib@gmail.com.

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at kashuaib@gmail.com and send your item to the address below.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the gift was not shipped directly to you, the refund will go to the gift giver.

Return Shipping:
